The Problem

No CRM, no digital marketing, no automation in place

A solar company operating across multiple states had no CRM, no digital marketing strategy, and no automation in place. The primary lead generation method was neighborhood canvassing. As the sole operations and marketing resource, I was responsible for building the entire revenue infrastructure from scratch. Every inbound lead was handled manually with no system to capture, route, or follow up automatically.

What I Built

A full CRM environment and a complete digital marketing stack, built simultaneously and connected through Zapier.

Built the full CRM in Pipedrive and the complete digital marketing presence at the same time, then connected every lead source to the CRM through Zapier so that no lead required manual data entry. The goal was a revenue system the distributed sales team could rely on without needing to manually manage data or follow-up timing.

Pipedrive CRM Build

Custom pipelines configured to match the actual stages of the sales process. Automated follow-up sequences for every stage. Twilio SMS integration for text-based outreach to leads. Lead routing rules to ensure every inbound lead reached the right person. Data integrity controls to keep the system clean as lead volume grew.

Digital Marketing Infrastructure

Rebuilt the company’s digital presence from the ground up. A new WordPress website, targeted ad campaigns running across Google, YouTube, and Facebook, and landing pages built to capture and convert paid traffic.

Zapier Integration

Connected every lead source to the CRM via Zapier. When a lead came in through an ad, the website, or a landing page, they were automatically added to Pipedrive with the correct information and tags, enrolled in the appropriate follow-up sequence, and routed to the right sales consultant. No manual data entry. No leads falling through the gap between a form submission and a CRM record.
